EVIDENCE of the failure of Westpac Banking Corporation in surrendering to this office the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title 49D/830 (North Auckland) to allow registration of a second mortgage against the aforesaid title in favour of Marac Finance Limited and Marac Financial Services Limited having been lodged with me, notice is hereby given pursuant to section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 of my intention to register the aforesaid mortgage upon expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
