Clause 8.6.3 Monthly Season Fares
Omit the existing table and insert the words, "All monthly season fares on the Auckland–Waitakere via Newmarket suburban rail line shall be $48.00".
Insert after clause 8.6.3 the following new clause:
"8.6.4 Child/Senior Citizen Ten Trip Fares"

Add at the end of this clause the words "bicycles accompanying passengers on the Auckland suburban system (provided accommodation is available)".
11. CHECKED BAGGAGE
Clause 11.1 Conditions
Omit the last two paragraphs in this clause and substitute:
"Any station or locality served by the Corporation’s Road Services
Any station or locality served by the Corporation’s Road Services
Stations in the North and South Island served by the Corporation’s Rail Services
By Corporation services for the full distance of the journey undertaken
By Corporation services for the full distance of journey undertaken"
12 EXCESS BAGGAGE
Clause 12.7.1 Rail
Omit the charges set out in this clause and substitute:
"Up to 250 km . . . $3.40 per article
251 to 500 km . . . $5.00
501 to 750 km . . . $6.70
Over 750 km . . . $8.50"
