Clause 2.11.1 Privilege Tickets
In the fifth line after the words, “ordinary adult fare”, insert the words, “rounded to the next 5 cents above for all fares exceeding $10”.
Clause 2.11.3 Season Tickets
At the end of this clause add the words:
“In the case of the Auckland suburban system, ordinary season tickets are available on the ARA inner-city zone, and the fares include a charge for this travel. The fare for privilege season tickets will be one quarter of the monthly ordinary fare plus the full levy for ARA inner-city travel.”
Clause 2.13.1 Conditions
Omit the excess charge of “$21.00” in the last line of this clause and substitute “$22.00”.
Clause 2.13.3 Fares
Omit this clause and substitute:
“Travel passes shall be charged as follows:
| 1 February to 14 December (low season) | 15 December to 31 January (high season) | |

| 22 day | $255 | $385* |
*These passes may only be purchased overseas.
Passes for periods overlapping into the high season will be charged at the high season fare. Children under 4 years of age, accompanied by a responsible person, travel free and children 4 years of age and under 15 years of age, may be issued a travel pass at half fare.”
Clause 2.13.4 Extension to Travel Pass
Omit the words:
“1 February to 14 December 1984—$15 for each additional day
15 December 1984 to 31 January 1985—(passes purchased overseas only) $20 for each additional day
After 1 February 1985” in the third, fourth, fifth and sixth lines of this clause.
Clause 2.14.6 Refund or Re-issue Entitlement
Omit the minimum refund of “$1.25” in two places and substitute “$1.30”.
