Naming of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, hereby names the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as the Wairoa Gorge Recreation Reserve.

Naming of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the recreation reserves described in the First Schedule hereto, and the local purpose (esplanade) reserves described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as “Amorino Park”.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society and revokes the reservation as a reserve for acclimatisation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, such land to become Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Revocation of a Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve, over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Christchurch City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hamilton City Council on the 12th day of September 1984: “That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve within the meaning of the said Act”.
