Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Botswana, Burundi, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Federal Islamic Republic of Comoros, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Revolutionary People’s Republic of Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Lesotho, Malawi, Maldives, Mali, Nepal, Niger, Rwanda, Independent State of Western Samoa, Sao Tome and Principe, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Togo, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Upper Volta, Yemen Arab Republic, Yemen People’s Democratic Republic.

Duty concessions for LDC’s have been issued as follows:
Sections I to XXI are afforded duty free access into New Zealand on all Tariff items excluding those of Sections XI and XII of the Customs Tariff and those Tariff items undermentioned.
