NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the members of Pamber (Auckland) Ltd. to be held at the premises of Orewa Pharmacy Ltd., Main Road, Orewa on the 26th day of November 1985 at 12 noon, the meeting will consider and if thought fit possibly with or without amendment the following resolutions:

(a) That pursuant to section 15A (5) and 18 (1) (a) and 13 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, the memorandum of association of the company be hereby amended by omitting all the objects and powers of the company contained therein and that henceforth the company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in section 15 (A) (1) (a) to (h).

(b) That accordingly the present memorandum of association as attached hereto be cancelled and the memorandum of association be adopted in its place as the memorandum of association of the company.
