Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IV, Makaretu Survey
District, Waipawa District

PURSUANT to the section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974,
and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner
of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Waipawa
District Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the
publication of this notice, the said land shall be deemed to be Crown
