A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63b (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park, which shall hereby form part of the North-West Nelson State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—GOLDEN BAY COUNTY

24054.4600 hectares, more or less, situated in Blocks IV, V, VII, VIII, IX, XI and XII, Pakawau Survey District, Blocks I, II and V, Aorere Survey District, Blocks XV and XVI, Patarau Survey District and Blocks II, III, IV, VI, VII, VIII, X, XI and XII, Wakamarama Survey District, being parts of Section 1, Square 17, being more particularly shown as all the land on Deposited Plans 884 and 885 and part of the land on Deposited Plans 880, 881, 882 and 883.

7891 square metres, more or less, being Sections 2, 4 and 6, Square 17, situated in Block VIII, Pakawau Survey District.

4525 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 11694, situated in Blocks II, V, VI, IX, X, XI, XIV and XV, Wakamarama Survey District.
