DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORPORATION OF NEW ZEALAND, a body corporate carrying on business under Development Finance Corporation Act 1973, as amended from time to time, hereby gives notice that on the 22nd day of October 1985 it appointed Graeme Law Ingham of Tauranga, chartered accountant, whose office is at the offices of Ernest & Whinney, Chartered Accountants, BNZ Building, Wharf Street, Tauranga, as a receiver and manager of all the property, assets, undertaking and unpaid and uncalled capital of Riverside Restaurants Ltd. under the powers contained in a deed of debenture dated the 5th day of February 1985, issued by Riverside Restaurants Ltd. in favour of Development Finance Corporation of New Zealand.
