Revoking as to Parts a Previous Declaration Taking Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District and Block IV, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

PURSUANT to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby revokes the declaration dated the 3rd day of April 1978, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 34, of the 27th day of April 1978, at page 1190 and registered as No. 282766.1, Wellington Land Registry in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
