✨ Import Control Tenders
4724 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 199
PURSUANT to the Import Control Regulations 1973 (S.R. 1908/246) the Secretary of Trade and Industry, acting under delegated authority is calling tenders for the goods specified below. Tenders close on 25 November 1985 at 5 p.m. and must be received by the Registrar of Tenders by then to be valid.
Instructions for tenderers and the general terms and conditions which apply to the submission and acceptance of tenders are set out in the summary in the preamble to Round 30 and in the Guide to Licence Tendering dated October 1985. Tenders should be addressed to the Registrar of Tenders, P.O. Box 3146, Wellington, or be delivered by hand to the First Floor of the Bowen State Building, Wellington. Tenders for Round 31 should reach the Registrar no later than 5 p.m. on 25 November 1985.

Tenderers should be conversant with the various statutes and regulations which importing enterprises are obliged to comply with.

Bids should be entered on bid form T. & I. 335D. They may be sent in one envelope. The envelope must be marked Import Licence Tender.
This tender is issued under the new rules of tendering as summarised in the preamble to Round 30 and as set out in the revised Guide to Global Import Licence Tendering dated October 1985.
Please note that the tender for the Footwear Industry Plan is for units of a number of pairs of shoes and that the limitation on the number of units which can be won by a single tenderer has been retained. There is no provision for the issue of continuity licence for this tender.
Tenderers should note that successful bids in any tender number will be amalgamated into one invoice, one licence.
