Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in Block II, Otanake Survey District, Waitomo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Waitomo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that the said stopped road now known as Section 53, Block II, Otanake Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 25C/1254, subject to section 8, Mining Act 1971, section 1684, Coal Mines Act 1925, mining licence H. 289816, South Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring Land to be Road Stopped in Block VII, Clarendon Survey District, Bruce County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Bruce County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that—

(i) The area marked ‘E’ on S.O. Plan 20025 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 316, folio 25.

(ii) The area marked ‘D’ on S.O. Plan 20025 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 3B/223.
