PURSUANT to section 7 of the Small Claims Tribunals Act 1976, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint:

Daniel Brumhall Cochrane Taylor, Justice of the Peace of Upper Hutt,

to be a Referee to exercise the jurisdiction of a Small Claims Tribunal for a term of 3 years on and from the date hereof.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, The Right Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Warrant dated the 24th day of May 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 June 1983, No. 80, at page 1789, appointing Maurice Joseph Batey as a non-elective member of The North Canterbury Catchment Board as from the 8th day of October 1985.
