In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of GORGE INDUSTRIES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 71 Ellis Street, Brightwater and carrying on business as garage contractors:
Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 9th day of July 1985, presented to the said Court by FAYKEL ENGINEERING LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as suppliers of automotive parts and accessories; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Nelson on the 8th day of November 1985, at 9.30 a.m. in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

The notice must state the name, address, and description of the person, or if a firm, the name, address, and description of the firm, and an address for service within 3 miles of the office of the High Court at Nelson, and must be signed by the person or firm, or by their solicitor (if any), and must be served, or if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service not later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 7th day of November 1985.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF A SCHEME UNDER PART III OF THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957
Notice is hereby given that Northland Area Health Board, a body corporate under and by virtue of the Area Health Boards Act 1983 and has filed in the office of the High Court at Whangarei an application for approval of a scheme by which the terms of the will of the late John Earnshaw who died on the 18th day of May 1948 were varied to enable the capital and income of a bequest made in the said will to be used for the general purposes of Northland Area Health Board within the district of the former Whangarei Hospital Board as it was constituted at the date of commencement of the trust provided however that Northland Area Health Board is to be guided by the advice of the medical superintendent from time to time as to the use of the bequest in the interests of the people of that district upon the grounds that it is impossible for Northland Area Health Board to be guided by the advice of the medical superintendent John William Hall in the utilisation of the funds of the bequest in accordance with the terms of the will of the late John Earnshaw as the said John William Hall died on the 19th day of May 1974.
Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General thereon may be inspected free of charge at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Whangarei and then at the office of Messrs C. Kennedy & Co., Solicitors, McGill’s Building, corner Robert and Walton Streets, Whangarei.
The date proposed for the hearing of the application is the 21st day of November 1985.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is hereby required to give written notice of his intention to the Registrar of the High Court at Whangarei, and to Northland Area Health Board at the offices of Messrs C. Kennedy & Co., Solicitors, McGill’s Building, corner Robert and Walton Streets, Whangarei, and to the Attorney-General not later than 7 clear days before that date.
