kilowatt rating at an engine speed exceeding 2000 rpm
under DIN 6270 (rating A) or BS 649: 1958 or
SAE J816a, provided that the maximum continuous shaft
kilowatt rating is greater than 149 shaft kilowatts
(200 shaft horsepower)
