NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR DISSOLUTION OF COMPANY
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of CARHILL PROPERTIES LTD.:
I, Bonnie Mary Carroll, a director of the above-named company hereby give notice pursuant to section 335A (3) of the Companies Act 1955 that I propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland for a declaration of dissolution of the company and that unless written objection is made to the Registrar within 30 days (being the date of posting of this notice to directors and members) the Registrar may dissolve the company.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a)
AURIC FINANCE LTD, a company having its registered office at Auckland hereby gives notice that on the 1st day of October 1985 it appointed Lloyd Bevan Edwards and Dinesh Noresh Dass, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly and severally to be the receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets of KAHIKATEA HOLDINGS LTD. (in receivership), (“the company”) under the provisions of a debenture dated on the 17th day of May 1985, granted in its favour by the company.
