Land Taken and Road Stopped in Block III, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 119 (1) declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be taken,

(b) Pursuant to section 116 declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,

(c) And further declares that pursuant to sections 119 (1) and 117:

(i) The land taken containing 22.8 perches and stopped road containing 2 roods 32.7 perches now known together as Section 34, Block III, Piako Survey District, and the stopped road containing 0.8 perch and 29.4 perches now known respectively as Sections 36 and 37, Block III, Piako Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 1070, folio 57 subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 002782.2 and H. 002782.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The stopped road containing 1 rood 1.8 perches now known as Section 38, Block III, Piako Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 17A/93, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 002782.2 and H. 002782.3, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) The land taken containing 3 roods 19.7 perches and stopped road containing 0.1 perch now known together as Section 35, Block III, Piako Survey District, and the stopped road containing 16.1 perches now known as Section 33, Block III, Piako Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 963, folio 40 subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer 167739, building line restriction K. 35055, Gazette notice H. 165876, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iv) The stopped road containing 28.7 perches now known as Section 31, Block III, Piako Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 726, folio 290 subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 242360.2, H. 242360.3, H. 257060 and variation of mortgage H. 430932, South Auckland Land Registry.

(v) The stopped road containing 33 perches now known as Section 32, Block III, Piako Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 351, folio 194 subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 242360.2, H. 242360.3, H. 257060, variation of mortgage H. 430932, South Auckland Land Registry.

Land Acquired for an Air Navigational Aid in the County of Taumarunui

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for an air navigational aid and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of October 1985.

Land Acquired, Subject to Mining Easements, for Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 in Block VIII, Rangiriri Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the mining easements created by Lease No. 1632 and transfers 49495, 66696 and 100133, South Auckland Land Registry, for coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 and shall vest in the Crown on the 10th day of October 1985.

ALL that piece of land containing 80.1259 hectares, situated in Block VIII, Rangiriri Survey District, being Lots 1, 2, D.P. 10326 and all the land on D.P. 15564 and being Allotment 397 and part of Allotments 343, 473, 492, Parish of Taupiri.
