In the contract with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19 September 1985, No. 173 at page 4110 under the heading Log Sale on Truck (Clearfelling) the Forest name "Te Marua" is incorrect and should read "Ngaumu".

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 10 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1962, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby give notice that it is my intention, after the expiration of 3 months from the date hereof, to issue a Proclamation closing the roads described in the Schedule hereto and declaring them to be vested in Her Majesty the Queen as Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Plans showing the roads are deposited in the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Nelson, and the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, where they may be inspected during office hours free of charge.

Any objections to the proposal are to be made in writing addressed to the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Nelson, on or before the 25th day of December 1985.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—TOWNS OF LYELL AND PENSINVILLE—BULLER COUNTY

Firstly, 2.4548 hectares, being roads adjoining or passing through Sections 69 to 108 (inclusive), 110 to 130 (inclusive), 135, 137, 139, 142, 144, 146, part Sections 66 to 68 (inclusive), 132, 133, 138, 140 and 145, Town of Lyell, part Section 16, Square 139 and part Section 17, Square 139, situated in Block I, Maruia Survey District. Shown marked 'A' on S.O. Plan 13620.

Secondly, 815 square metres, being roads adjoining or passing through Sections 149 and 150, Town of Lyell, situated in Block I, Maruia Survey District. Shown marked 'B' on S.O. Plan 13620.

Thirdly, 1836 square metres, being roads adjoining or passing through Sections 1 to 3 (inclusive), 38, 39, 42 to 49 (inclusive), 57, 58, part Sections 4 to 7 (inclusive), 41 and 50, Town of Lyell, situated in Block I, Maruia Survey District. Shown marked 'C' on S.O. Plan 13620.

Pursuant to section 19 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1962 and section 9 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1964, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby give notice that it is my intention, after the expiration of 3 months from the date hereof, to issue a Proclamation declaring the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be vested in Her Majesty as Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
