Special Partners—The names and residences of the special partners are the names and residences which appear in the Schedule annexed to the certificate of special partnership filed in the High Court of New Zealand (Auckland Registry) on the 3rd day of April 1985 under No. S.P. 14/85 together with those names and residences which appear in the Schedule attached hereto.
