Janome Sewing Machine Co. (N.Z.) Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of August 1985, it appointed Donald Leroy Francis and Thomas Hughes Lloyd Davies, both of Wellington, chartered accountants, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated the 8th day of August 1984 given by Beehive Machinery Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington in favour of Janome Sewing Machine Co. (N.Z.) Ltd., a copy which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Wellington on the 16th day of August 1984.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the undertaking of the company and all its property and assets whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including the uncalled and called but unpaid capital of the company.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is the office of Messrs Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, Southpac House, 1 Victoria Street, Wellington.
