Classification and Naming of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further declares that the recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereinafter be known as the Bankhouse Recreation Reserve.

Classification of Reserve and Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (sounds foreshore) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, hereby appoints the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a local purpose (sounds foreshore) reserve.
