NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as State forest land.

39.8514 hectares, more or less, being Aputerewa 1D1 Block, situated in Block IX, Mangonui Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 247, folio 190.

Crown Land Set Apart as State Forest Land—Auckland Conservancy
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, the Land Officer, New Zealand Forest Service, acting pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Forests hereby sets apart as State forest land with effect from the date of publication thereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 48 of the Local Government Act 1974, the Secretary for Local Government gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Glen Eden Borough - Waitemata City Boundary Definition Notice 1985.

The boundaries of Glen Eden Borough and Waitemata City are hereby defined as set out in the Schedules hereto, those boundaries having been altered by Order in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 February 1984, No. 10, page 262 and which came into force on 1 April 1984.
FIRST SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF GLEN EDEN BOROUGH
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Glen Eden, containing 504 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the southern boundary of the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway, being the eastern corner of Section 98, Waari Hamlet, in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, and proceeding easterly along the southern side of the aforesaid Railway to the north-eastern corner of part Allotment 544, Waikomiti Parish and the last boundary produced across the aforesaid Railway to the southernmost corner of part Allotment 508, Waikomiti Parish, along the north-eastern boundary of an area of 91 square metres (3.6 perches) on S.O. Plan 33283 to its easternmost point, along a right line bearing 60° 50′ 20″ to the angle in the southern boundary of an area of 481 square metres (19.02 perches) on S.O. Plan 33283, along the southern boundary of the said area of 481 square metres (19.02 perches), to and along the northern side of Waikumete Road for a distance of 179.90 metres (894.29 links), and along a right line bearing 54° 43′ distant 145.30 metres (722.3 links) across part Allotment 248, Parish of Waikomiti to the north-western side of Glenview Road; thence north-westerly along the last-mentioned north-western boundary, and that boundary produced across Great North Road to the southernmost corner of Lot 10, D.P. 45461 (now public road); thence south-easterly along another right line (across Sabulite Road) to the westernmost corner of Lot 38, D.P. 42146 (now public road); thence north-easterly along the south-eastern side of Sabulite Road to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 42534, in Block III, Titirangi Survey District; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Lot 1, and the last boundary produced, to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 42146 and the last boundary produced, to and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 11, D.P. 42146, Lots 17, 16, 15, 14, 13 and 12, D.P. 70072, part Lot 1, D.P. 42271, Lot 1, D.P. 59339, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, D.P. 41668, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, D.P. 37509, and Lot 28, D.P. 33280, and the last boundary produced to the middle line of Archibald Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of Archibald Road, and the middle line produced across Great North Road to its south-western side; thence south-easterly along the south-western side of Great North Road, and the last boundary produced to the southernmost corner of an area 68 square metres (02.7 perches) shown on S.O. Plan 41299 (now public road); thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Lot 9, D.P. 51725 (now public road) to its westernmost corner; thence easterly along the southern boundary of the said Lot 9, and the last boundary produced, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 51725, and the last boundary produced, to and along the southern boundaries of Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 39837 to the North Auckland Main Trunk Railway; thence along a series of right lines across the aforesaid railway bearing 107° 57′ distant 49.72 metres (247.16 links), bearing 71° 16′ 50″ distant 24.31 metres (120.83 links), bearing 198° 01′ distant 14.54 metres (72.27 links) and bearing 108° 01′ distant 83.17 metres (413.46 links) to the north-eastern corner of part Lot 22, D.P. 20071; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid part Lot 22, and the last boundary produced across Tahi Terrace, to and along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 23, 24, 25 and 26, D.P. 20071; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2, D.P. 49084 and Lot 3, D.P. 52893, and the last boundary produced along the middle of Fruitvale Road to its intersection with a right line across Croyden Road, to the northernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 44544, along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 1, and the last boundary produced to the easternmost corner of Lot 2, D.P. 48735; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot 2; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of the said Lot 2, Lot 1, D.P. 45863, Lots 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, D.P. 40846, Lots 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, D.P. 38865 and Lots 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and part Lot 1, D.P. 33070 to its westernmost corner, along a right line across Pleasant Road to the north-eastern corner of Lot 4, D.P. 42316 (being the opposite angle); thence south-easterly along the south-western side of Pleasant Road to the easternmost corner of Lot 7, D.P. 42316; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of the said Lot 7, Lots 5, 4 and 3, D.P. 62523, Lots 54, 56, 59, 62, 64 and 65, D.P. 49923, and the last boundary produced across Captain Scott Road, to and along the southern boundary of Lots 1 and 4, D.P. 59664, and the last boundary produced, to and along the southern boundaries of Lot 23, D.P. 84626, Lot 4, D.P. 93761 (Recreation Reserve), part Lot 2, D.P. 35583, Lot 3, D.P. 93761, D.P. 36924 and the last boundary produced across Glendale Road, to and along the northern boundaries of Lots 1, 5 and 6, D.P. 20510, and a series of right lines being the northern boundaries of Lots 70, 71 and 72, D.P. 8736, in Block II, Titirangi Survey District, to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 12 and 13, D.P. 39625; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Lot 103, D.P. 50279 and the last boundary produced across Matama Road, to and along the north-western boundaries of Lots 116, 114 and 113, D.P. 50279, Lots 14, 13, 12 and 10, D.P. 83680, Lots 42, 41 and 38, D.P. 81504 and Lot 26, D.P. 81503 in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District; thence westerly along southern boundaries of Lots 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 and 43, D.P. 63965, crossing the intervening Stallard Place, Lots 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 1, D.P. 62294, and the last boundary produced to the middle line of Shetland Street; thence northerly along the middle of Shetland Street, Phillip Avenue and Glengarry Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 43701; thence westerly along a right line, to and along the northern boundaries of the aforesaid Lot 1 and Allotment 741, Waikomiti Parish; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Lots 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 62 and 72, D.P. 56067 and Lot 1, D.P. 43027, and the last boundary produced to the middle line of Glengarry Road; thence easterly along the middle of Glengarry Road to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 61436; thence northerly along a right line, to and along the western boundaries of the aforesaid Lot 1, Lots 189 and 188, D.P. 79511, Lots 185 and 184, D.P. 79510, and the last boundary produced
