NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER AND MANAGER

Pursuant to Section 346 (i)

NZI Finance Ltd. and NZI Securities Ltd., both duly incorporated companies having their respective registered offices at Auckland and NZI International Acceptances Ltd., a company duly incorporated and having its registered office at Hong Kong hereby give notice that on the 23rd day of September 1985 they appointed Peter William O’Connell of Rotorua, chartered accountant, as receiver and manager of all the undertaking property and assets of MURRAY BOURNE & ASSOCIATES LTD. under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of May 1984.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PAPAKURA BAKERIES LTD.

Notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of September 1985, Marac Finance Ltd., Marac Financial Services Ltd., and Marac Corporation Ltd. appointed Messrs Peter Reginald Howell and John Lawrence Vague, both chartered accountants of Auckland as receivers and managers of the property and assets of Papakura Bakeries Ltd. under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 27th day of June 1984 given by this company.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Twelfth Floor, CML Centre, 157–165 Queen Street, Auckland.
