Easement Over Land Acquired for Electric Works (Transformer Station) in the County of Taupo

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross described in the First Schedule is hereby acquired over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for electric works (transformer station) and shall vest in the The King Country Electric Power Board (hereinafter called “the Board”) on the 26th day of September 1985.

FIRST SCHEDULE
DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT

THE full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for the Board, its servants, agents and workmen, to construct and maintain a transformer station as is required for the distribution of electrical energy by the Board, and for the purpose of constructing and maintaining the same, the like right, liberty, and privilege to enter upon the said land.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land situated in Block X, Puketi Survey District, being part Section 75, Town of Turangi, marked “B” on S.O. Plan 34018, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.
