Declaring Land to be Crown Land

In a proclamation with the above heading, issued on the 10th day of June 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 June 1985, No. 122, page 2705, amend the area of the land in the Schedule from:
"287.7270 hectares"
to read:
"28.5640 hectares".

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Tararua State Forest Park—Wellington Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Tararua State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

Wellington Land District—Featherston County

55.2649 hectares, more or less, being Section 541, Block VIII, Waiohine Survey District; as shown on plan S26/5.
40.0512 hectares, more or less, being Section 542, Block VIII, Waiohine Survey District; as shown on plan S27/8.

Exempting Maori Freehold Land From Rates

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 26th day of August 1985

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 149 of the Rating Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby exempts the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto from the liability for the payment of rates.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land situated in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, and described as follows:

5058	Mangorewa Kaharoa Church Reserve being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 33B, folio 242 (South Auckland Registry).
