Change of the Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose (site for civil defence headquarters) reserve to a local purpose (community hall) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation over part of the Accessway Reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed by the Wellington City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
