Land Acquired for Road, Road Stopped in the County of Kiwitea

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway 54, and shall vest in the Crown on the 31st day of January 1985.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto to be stopped, and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 23C/561.
