NOTES: 1. For the purposes of import licensing, second hand vessels are defined as all vessels with the exception of those that are imported
within 6 months of date of build, verified either from a Certificate of Register or from a Builder's Certificate.
2. The tariff items listed for second hand vessels became effective on 1 July 1985. The Tariff items include all vessels which are
subject to import licence except yachts and other vessels for pleasure or sport and commercial vessels not exceeding 10 metres
overall length. Further information may be obtained from your local Collector of Customs.
