G2/658 Henry Nathan: A new Goods Transport Service Licence with 1 motor vehicle equipped with refrigeration with exemption from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 for the carriage of—
A. Empty pallets where fresh meat has been carried on the inward journey.
B. Frozen meat from ships stores, bacon, ham and butchers small goods. No meat for export shall be carried on routes to and from Auckland and Whangarei and Marsden Point. All goods carried shall be restricted to the carriage of goods on behalf of Meat Distributors Ltd. only.
Area:
A. Between Moerewa and Auckland: between Whangarei and Auckland: between Rangituru and Auckland.
B. Between Southdown and/or Westfield and Whangarei and/or Marsden Point.
G2/733 Robert Daniel Croy and G2/734 John Peter Bain and Neville William Paulin: Applications for a new Goods Transport Service Licence with 1 motor vehicle with exemption from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 for the carriage of—
A. Bulk liquid carbon dioxide, in bulk tanker vehicle.
B. Bulk liquid petroleum gas.
C. Bulk cryogenic liquids.
Area:
A. From Auckland to N.Z.I.G. own works at Putaruru, Rotorua, Tauranga and Whangarei and to N.Z.I.G. customers at Taupo.
B. Auckland to Whangarei where such gas has been railed to the bulk depot of N.Z.I.G. at Auckland.
C. North Island.
Special Conditions—
A. The exemption specified in A. above shall be void when the quantity of 250 tonnes is carried pursuant to N.Z.I.G. Goods Licence in any one year, to any specified delivery area. The licensee shall keep a record of all liquid carbon dioxide delivered pursuant to this exemption and such record shall be made available to a representative of the Ministry of Transport or New Zealand Railways Corporation upon reasonable notice.
B. The exemption specified in B. above shall become void when the quantity of 250 tonnes is carried in any 12 month period to Whangarei or within a 30 km radius of Whangarei. The licensee shall keep a record of all liquid petroleum gas delivered pursuant to this exemption and such record shall be made available to a representative of the Ministry of Transport or New Zealand Railways Corporation upon reasonable notice.

Review of Wanganui City Taxicab Services Under Section 144 of the Transport Act 1962
The above review will be held in the Conference Room, Ministry of Transport, Balance House, Park Place, Wanganui commencing at 10 a.m., on Thursday, the 10th day of October 1985.
The purpose of the review is to ascertain whether the services are adequate to meet the reasonable public demand and whether or not the services are being carried on in an efficient manner, and whether or not the grant of additional licences would materially affect the economic stability of other holders of Taxicab Service Licences.
