PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways
Corporation Act 1981 and section 114 of the Public Works Act
1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways
Corporation with the prior written consent of the Minister of
Railways hereby declares as road and vests in the Henderson
Borough Council the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Registered Medical Practitioner Prohibited from Prescribing
Controlled Drugs

PURSUANT to section 23 (1) (a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975,
the Minister of Health, acting on the recommendation of the Medical
Council of New Zealand, hereby prohibits

Burnard James Elliott of Palm Beach, Queensland, Australia,
medical practitioner,

from prescribing controlled drugs.

Engineers Registration Act

PURSUANT to section 8 (2) of the Engineers Registration Amendment
Act 1944, the Minister of Works and Development determines that
the total amount which may be expended in any year by a local
authority on the construction and maintenance of its works without
that local authority being required to engage a person who holds
an annual practising certificate under section 3 of the Engineers
Registration Act, shall be $400,000.

Reservation of Land

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands, hereby

subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977.
