of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect

Amending Notice Declaring Land Acquired for the Purposes of the
Hospitals Act 1957 in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
24th day of June 1985, No. 122, page 2715, declaring land acquired
for the purposes of the Hospitals Act 1957 in the City of Dunedin,
by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule
No. 512955.
