PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, to be set apart for a limited access road, which has become road, limited access road and State highway.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 22 perches (2570 square metres), situated in Block XIII, Opaheke Survey District and being part Allotment 200A, Mangatawhiri Parish, as shown coloured red on S.O. Plan 31959, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
