NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL—A BILL INTITULED
AN ACT TO AMEND THE THOMAS CAWTHRON TRUST ACT 1924
The Cawthron Institute Trust Board hereby gives notice that it
intends to apply for leave to bring in the above-mentioned private
Bill to the House of Representatives in Parliament.
The object of the Bill is to increase the membership of The
Cawthron Institute Trust Board by two extra members to be
appointed by the Governor-General in Council and to provide that
the members appointed by the Governor-General in Council shall
be appointed in consultation with the Trust Board.
The promoter of the Bill is The Cawthron Institute Trust Board
whose address for service of notices and communications is at the
offices of its solicitors: Messrs Hunter Smith & Co., Panama House,
112 Collingwood Street, Nelson.
