Standard for the Manufacture and Sale of Condoms

PURSUANT to section 6 (1) of the Contraception, Sterilisation and Abortion Act 1977, I, Michael Edward Rainton Bassett, hereby approve British Standard 3704: 1979 for the purpose of manufacturing for sale or selling condoms.

This approval shall take effect on and after the 1st day of December 1985.

The standard for the manufacture and sale of condoms appearing in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 April 1978, No. 29, page 1084 is hereby revoked.
