PURSUANT to the Marriage Act 1955, I, Geoffrey Winston Russell Palmer, Minister of Justice, hereby give notice as follows:

1. This notice may be cited as the Marriage (Approval of Organisations) Notice (No. 10) 1985.

2. The organisation specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be an approved organisation for the purpose of the Marriage Act 1955.

Authorising Secondary Uses of Land in the County of Rangitikei

PURSUANT to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby authorises the application of the land described in the Schedule hereto, being the land held primarily for defence purposes, to a Ministry of Works and Development depot and staff accommodation, which shall be secondary uses of the said land.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a State Primary School in the City of Dunedin

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in land described in the Schedule hereto held from the Otago Foundation Trust Board under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 561874 is hereby acquired for a State primary school and shall vest in the Crown from and after the 5th day of September 1985.
