CORRIGENDUM
Decision No. 14/85
Before the Broadcasting Tribunal
In the matter of the Broadcasting Act 1976, and in the matter of application to establish commercial FM stations for Manawatu by:
(1) The Manawatu Radio Company Limited
(2) Broadcasting Corporation of New Zealand
On page 2 of Decision No. 14/85 at line 15 the maximum effective radiated power is stated as "15 kW". It should have read "50 kW".
The decision is rectified accordingly.

Authorising the Timaru Harbour Board to Reclaim Harbour Board Endowment and Crown Land from Caroline Bay

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 19th day of August 1985.
Present:
THE HON. G. W. R. PALMER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 175 (3) and subject to sections 176 to 182 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Lands and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Timaru Harbour Board to reclaim an area of 1.4230 hectares of seabed at Caroline Bay as shown on plan M.D. 16336, 1 sheet (S.O. 16335), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
SCHEDULE
All that land situated in the Arowhenua Survey District of the Canterbury Land District containing 1.4120 hectares, more or less, of Crown Land being part of the seabed at Caroline Bay and more particularly shown marked "A" on plan M.D. 16336 (S.O. 16335), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.
All that land situated in the Arowhenua Survey District of the Canterbury Land District containing 0.0110 hectares, more or less, of Timaru Harbour Board endowment being part of the seabed at Caroline Bay and more particularly shown marked "B" on plan M.D. 16336 (S.O. 16335), deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington.

Amending the Thames Coromandel District Council Foreshore and Waters Control Order 1980

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 19th day of August 1985.
Present:
THE HON. G. W. R. PALMER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 8A of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Thames Coromandel District Council Foreshore and Waters Control Order 1980* and its 1984 amendmentβ by:
(a) Deleting the word "rivers" from the last paragraph of the Second Schedule and substituting the word "waters";
(b) Inserting an penultimate additional paragraph in the Second Schedule as follows:
"All that area of tidal water of Port Charles enclosed by a line commencing at Long Point and thence in an easterly direction to the point on the opposite shore being the northernmost point of Port Charles, and as more particularly shown edged red on plan M.D. 16173, deposited in the office of the Secretary for Transport at Wellington."
