By omitting from paragraph (9) of clause 3 the words “or elsewhere” “whether” and “or overseas”.

(11) All the objects set out in this clause are for the benefit of the University of Otago.
- By omitting from clause 5 the words “unless one such member is the University of Otago”.
Any shareholder entitled to attend and vote may appoint a proxy to act in his or her place. A proxy need not be a shareholder of the company.

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of League of Gentlemen which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 13th day of September 1985, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
