Transport Licensing Authority Sitting
PURSUANT to sections 120, 121, 135 and 136 of the Transport Act 1962 as amended by the Transport Amendment Act No. 2, 1983, the Wellington District and No. 7 Transport Licensing Authority (W. O'Brien), gives notice of the receipt of the following applications and will hold a public sitting for the granting of them in the Conference Room, Ministry of Transport Office, corner Cuba and George Streets, Palmerston North, commencing on Friday, 20 September 1985 at 1.30 p.m.
Applicants must be present or represented. All documents for alteration must be handed in at the sitting.
A7/85/377 Errol John Bailey, Palmerston North: Transfer Taxicab Service Licence No. 13113 from Josephine Margaret Bliss, Palmerston North. One Public Hire Cab Authority, Palmerston North.

Special Conditions: Exempt from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962. One vehicle each licence.
A7/85/407 The Lactose Co. of N.Z. Ltd., Hawera: Solicitor: P. Cullinane, Feilding. Amend Goods Service Licence No. 8962 by the addition of the right to cart lactose permittee in liquid form from the Manawatu Dairy Co. Longburn to the licensee's premises at Kapuni only by means of tankers.
Special Condition: Exempt from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962. Four trucks and 4 trailers.

Transport Licensing Authority Sittings
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the No. 2 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foster), gives notice of the receipt of the following application and will hold a public sitting in the Conference Room, Ninth Floor, Customhouse Quay, Auckland at the time and date stated from within the total mobility scheme.
Thursday, 19 September 1985 at 10 a.m.
T2/627 Donald Earle Riesterer: A new Taxicab Service Licence to operate from within the North Shore taxi area to any point within the Dominion.
Special Condition: The taxicab used shall be a maxi taxi fitted with a hoist to operate under the total mobility scheme.
