Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road and for the Functioning Indirectly of a Limited Access Road in Blocks II and III, Hamilton Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into,

(a) the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road and has become road limited access road and State highway and which, pursuant to section 11 (1A), of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 1.

(b) the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a limited access road,

and further declares that the land described in the said Schedules shall vest in the Crown on the 29th day of August 1985.
