NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 25th day of July 1985, presented to the Court by DOMESTIC AND INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington and carrying on business as suppliers of heating equipment and accessories; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 5th day of September 1985 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING TO CONSIDER SPECIAL RESOLUTION
NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 18 of the Companies Act 1955, that an extraordinary general meeting of the members of General Properties Corporation Ltd. (“the company”) will be held on Friday, the 13th day of September 1985, at 4 p.m. at the Cornish Suite, Level 1, West Plaza Hotel, Wakefield Street, Wellington, for the purposes, among others, of considering, and if thought fit, of passing the following special resolution:
“That pursuant to section 15A (5) and 18 (1) (a) and (c) of the Companies Act 1955, the memorandum of association of the company be amended by—
(a) the deletion of clauses III and IV in their entirety; and
(b) the insertion in lieu thereof of the following:
‘III. The company shall have all the rights powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in section 15A (1) (a) to (h) of the Companies Act 1955) except insofar as those rights, powers and privileges may be restricted by this memorandum or be otherwise prohibited.
IV. The company shall not be authorised to carry on the business of banking, insurance or to pursue ‘mining purposes’ as defined in section 424 of the Companies Act 1955.’”

NEW ZEALAND MISSION TRUST BOARD (PORT WAIKATO, MARAETAİ) EMPOWERING BILL
In the matter of the Standing Orders of the House of Representatives relating to Private Bills; and in the matter of a Private Bill intituled “An Act to enable certain lands at Port Waikato and certain moneys and investments derived from lands at Port Waikato to be transferred from the New Zealand Mission Trust Board to trustees elected by members of the sub-tribes of Ngati Karewa and Ngati Tahinga”
It is intended to apply for leave to bring in a private Bill intituled as above.
THE promoter of the Bill is The New Zealand Mission Trust Board and its objects are to vest in the promoter power to transfer certain lands situated at Port Waikato and certain monies and investments derived from the sale or lease of lands situated at Port Waikato to trustees elected by members of the sub-tribes of Ngati Karewa and Ngati Tahinga to be held by such trustees on certain charitable trusts.
Communications or notices to the promoter may be sent to the promoter’s solicitors Hesketh and Richmond, P.O. Box 1559, Auckland and a copy of the Bill may be inspected at their offices at Seventh Floor, Norwich Insurance House, corner Queen and Durham Streets, Auckland and also at the District Court, Manukau Road, Pukekohe.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
PURSUANT to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 9th day of August 1985 at Christchurch was 358.16 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the ruling trigger price of 500 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no retention levy is payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, until further notice.
