Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by English Sewing (Sales) Limited, by the High Court was, on the 9th day of August 1985, presented to the said Court by English Sewing (SALES) LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, sewing machine distributors; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 4th day of September 1985 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

(f) To deny income from investments by way of interest dividends and directors fees and to promote the conversion of investments into a more readily negotiable form to be hold by the partnership or the special partners individually as is seen fit.
(g) To invest any available funds of the partnership in short term investments pending investment in portfolio companies or distribution to the special partners.
(h) To realise the investments when and in such a manner as the Partnership thinks fit.
(i) To undertake and carry out all other things which in the opinion of the partners may be conveniently or profitably undertaken by the partnership.
