WE, Philip Ross Meads and Gregory Howard Meads, both of Rotorua, farmers, hereby give notice that on the 1st day of August 1985 we appointed Alan David Martin of Whangarei, chartered accountant and Leah Leslie Watson of Kerikeri, chartered accountant to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of Marlin Air Ltd. under the powers contained in mortgage debenture bearing date the 1st day of October 1984 given by Marlin Air Ltd. to Philip Ross Meads and Gregory Howard Meads.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects whatsoever, including its uncall and unpaid capital.
