Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Muaapoko tribe.

Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Alfred Rangikatea Mohi and Ngapera Lily Victoria Mohi.

Including Land in a Maori Reservation
WHEREAS by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 April 1969, No. 19, page 615, the land described in the First Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground, meeting place, place of historical or scenic interest and community centre, for the common use and benefit of members of the Ngati Tuwharetoa tribe and members of the Ngati Te Maunga subtribe in particular;
And whereas it is now desired to extend the reservation to include the land described in the Second Schedule;
Now therefore pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, it is hereby declared that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is included in the aforesaid Maori reservation.

WHEREAS by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 October 1953, No. 62, page 1736, the land described in the First Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use of the owners thereof and whereas it is now desired to extend the reservation to include the land described in the Second Schedule hereto; now therefore, pursuant to section 439 (2) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, it is hereby declared that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby included in the aforesaid Maori reservation.

Including Land in a Maori Reservation
WHEREAS by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 December 1936, page 2455, Ohotu 1C1 Block comprising 10.4079 hectares was set apart as a Maori Reservation for the common use of the owners thereof as a meeting place or for their common use in any other manner.
And whereas by Proclamation 3037, part of the said reservation amounting to 1 acre, 2 roods, 00 perches or 6070 m² was taken for the purpose of a Maori school leaving a balance area of 9.8009 hectares in the said reservation.
And whereas the said area taken has now been revested in the owners of Ohotu 1C1 pursuant to section 436 of the Maori Affairs Act.
