Land Acquired for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Papakura

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for Maori housing purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 22nd day of August 1985.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Henga Scenic Reserve.

Cancellation of Vesting in The Featherston Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
