Declaring a Right of Way Easement Acquired for Police Purposes in the Borough of Henderson

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and subject to the rights and powers contained in paragraph one of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 is hereby acquired for police purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 22nd day of August 1985.
