The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

ANZ BANKING GROUP (NEW ZEALAND) LTD. hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of July 1985, it appointed Frederick Nelson Watson and Graeme George McDonald, chartered accountants, whose office is at NML Building, Shortland Street, Auckland, to be jointly and severally receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 7th day of September 1971, being a mortgage debenture from Alaskon Distributors Ltd. to ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER AND MANAGER
Pursuant to Section 346 (1)
MAUNGATANIWHA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Napier, hereby gives notice that on the 2nd day of August 1985, it appointed Peter Reginald Howell and John Lawrence Vague, both of Auckland, chartered accountants as receivers and managers of the property of Delicups (New Zealand) Ltd. trading at Auckland, under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 29th day of March 1985 which property consists of all the undertaking goodwill and assets of the company.

OTAKOU FISHERIES LTD.
NOTICE is hereby given that on Friday, the 12th day of July 1985 the High Court of New Zealand ordered that:
- The sum of sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000) being the money standing to the credit of the company in the share premium account in the books of the company as at the 30th day of September 1983 be distributed to the holders from time to time of the shares in the capital of the company such distribution being in proportion to the shares held by them.
And prior to making such distribution the directors shall transfer from the revenue reserves of the company to a fund to be designated the capital replacement fund an amount of sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000) such fund not to be available for the repayment of dividend nor without the approval of the High Court for distribution to shareholders but may be applied in paying up as fully paid bonus shares any shares issued by the company on the future increase of capital.

No minute pursuant to section 78 of the Companies Act 1955 is required.

Notice of the registration of this Order be published once in the New Zealand Gazette.
