NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS AND MANAGERS

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of YARROW'S HOMESTYLE BAKERIES LTD., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Manaia, hereby gives notice that on 7 August 1985 it appointed Donald Ray Denham and Michael Chanel Finnigan, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets present and future of Yarrow's Homestyle Bakeries Ltd. including its uncalled and unpaid capital charged to a certain debenture dated 13 August 1984 given by Stratford Hot Bread Shop Ltd. in favour of Yarrows Homestyle Bakeries Ltd.
