PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and to be

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described

(e) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be
taken under section 119 (1), and declares that area shall
