CONFISCATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE

Section 32 (4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 32(4) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, an order for confiscation of a motor vehicle was made at the District Court, Wellington on 21 June 1985 in respect of a Jaguar XJ6 motor car Registration No. FY1060.

IN the matter of section 78 (3) of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Renouf Corporation Limited:

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the High Court, dated June 1985 confirming the distribution of the sum of $33,000,000 standing to the credit of the above-named company’s share premium account and dispensing with the requirement to register a minute pursuant to section 78(1) of the Companies Act 1955, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at Wellington on 27 June 1985.
