Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Block IX,
Cambridge Survey District, Matamata County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road which
has become road, limited access road and State highway, and which
pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall
form part of State Highway No. 1, and shall vest in the Crown on
the 8th day of August 1985.

Declaring Land to be Road, and Land to be an Access Way and
to be Under the Control and Management of The Napier City
Council

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works
and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Napier
City Council;

(b) Pursuant to sections 114 and 136, declares the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be an access way;

(c) Pursuant to section 137, declares the said access way to be
under the control and management of The Napier City
Council.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land
Taken and Vested in Block VII, Rewa Survey District, Masterton
County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, to be road, and to be vested in The
Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and
declares that the area shall be amalgamated in certificate of
title, Volume 19B, folio 132, Wellington Land Registry
subject to mortgage No. 314810.4.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to
be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act
